If anyone deserves a cruise, it’s teachers. Moulding the minds of our future is no easy gig. So in honor of Teacher Appreciation Week coming up in May, Norwegian Cruise Line unveiled a campaign to give free cruise trips to teachers.

Americans and Canadians can nominate their favorite teacher to win all-expense paid cruise on Norwegian Joy, Travel and Leisure reported. Tired teachers in desperate need of a vacation can even put their own names in the draw. The deadline for nominations is on 2019, April 12.

Once the nominations have been announced, people can then vote for the most deserving teachers on social media, and the top 15 educators will become finalists and win a free seven-day trip — which includes airfare and accommodations for two.

From there, they’ll be invited to an award ceremony, where one teacher will receive $15,000 for their schools.

“We celebrate the power of education and travel, and reward teachers who have taken responsibility for our future,” Andy Stuart, president of Norwegian, wrote in a press release.

Educators understand the impact of travel on kids. A recent survey of 1,500 American teachers believe that travel has “a very positive impact on students’ personal development.”
